Hey, Im Alex!
I've been practicing handstands for over 6 years, and coaching them for 3 years. During that time I've traveled the world learning from some of the best coaches and movement teachers I could find. I've invested countless hours (and more money than I'd like to admit) into understanding this one skill — and now I get to share what I’ve learned with others.
My goal is to take what can be a frustrating, confusing process and make it simple, accessible, and even fun.Whether you’ve never kicked up before or you’re just tired of falling over, I’ll help you finally make sense of the handstand — with less guesswork and more progress.

"Is it really free?"
Yes! The class is absolutely free. If you did want to donate, there are options to do so at the end of class, but it is 100% not expected whatsoever!

" As a complete beginner, will I be able to attend?"
Totally fine — this class is beginner-friendly. I’ve taught hundreds of students at different levels, and I know how to pick the right drills based on where you're at. You’ll get just the right mix of explanation and exercise, so it’s challenging without being overwhelming.

" Do I need to have a certain amount of flexibility?"
No, while sometimes it may help, it's very rarely a necessity to do a handstand. Take it from me, I started stiff as a board! (Ask me before or after class, and I'll show you some old pics of me).

"Will I actually be able to handstand after this?"
Gotta keep it real, most likely no. You’ll get a clear understanding of how to start (or fix) your handstand practice — but like anything, it takes consistency. This class will give you the tools to practice safely and effectively on your own.

"If I have injuries or limitations, will I still be able to attend?"
Attending is open for everyone, but participation will depend on the injury/limitation, always check with your doctor first. The way the class is set up allows you to go at your own pace, and nothing is required if it doesn’t feel right for your body.

"What do I need to bring?"Make sure to pack these 3 things in your bag with you:
- a wall
-the floor
- and some snacks (for me) :P
